Each booking includes preparation, research, and reserved time. That value is delivered whether or not the session occurs.
- Research begins immediately after booking.
- Time is reserved exclusively for your project.
- Work is created for your consultation and follow-up.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability.
4. Cancellation by EMChat
If we need to cancel, we will notify you and offer a reschedule or credit toward a future session.
